Leadership Institute The Student Leadership Services, Inc. Leadership Institute Training is a three day training. This training was designed using proven effective research based youth-development and prevention research. Day one focuses on personal development of individuals leadership styles. Day two focuses on team building and interaction. Day three focuses on service-based learning and community development. This training can be used for new student chapters or existing student chapters and can be held right at your school.
